Car exhaust tones

Does anybody know how to change the way each car sounds in Vice City?

There are a few I would like to change from total silence or that weird hollow sound like on the Manana, Oceanic or Voodoo to something better like the Sabre Turbo/BF Injection grumble or high-pitched whine if the infernus.

Any help is appreciated.
