Where to buy Phil's Place?

Where is the house that lets you buy phil's Place? They are the last property missions that I have to do but I can't find the house to buy it!?!? Is there something I have to do before I can buy it?

How do you do Phil's missions?

I am kind of stuck, I have several properties but no more missions to do. I can sale 'ice cream' or drive my taxi, but nothing else to do... I am kind of stuck.

I have the mansion, and taxi company to collect money and a car lot to do some race missions...

Also, I tried delivering pizza's, I must have delivered 20 of them, do you just keep doing it and something happens or is it like the ambulance or police.

No on the malibu and I have done no missions for them, I have been inside many times, but nothing going on but some dancing and the Village People dancing ...

On the 'ice cream' and pizza delivery, do you have to do 50 at 1 time? Because I have done more than 50 on the 'ice cream', but not in one stint...

Ok, I did the 300 dollar lap dance and 50 'ice cream' deliveries and am receiving money from them now. So I just saved my money and bought the Malibu.

I now have some missions to do
