Hosting required

Well, For those of you didn't know, I am an old MM2 community member (In MM2C and someother places).

The company which was hosting me just got closed recently, and that was my only place where i could store my files (like a signature/avatar and other usefull stuff), and also had a website running on it.

Right now i am using Freewebs, but that is not enough for me. Firstly because it doesn't supports PHP (I am into web-design, so i also do testing with PHP and i ofcourse need a decent server that supports the language). More-over it is too slow (i have future plans of having a community or something similar).

Why i need hosting?

Personnel usage (e.g.: Signatures, Avatars, and other small junk files)

Public purpose (Like a community or something similar)

What do i need?

A fast server, with at-least 98.9% uptime
PHP support
Some space (you can decide how much you want to give)

and ofcourse, i know the rules

If you need a fast server and good php support, i suggest you look for another host. even though gh has php, there are some bugs in the install done to this server, so some functions will not work, something i dsicovered trying to use it a while ago. and this server is pretty far from being fast.

Speed is obviously not an issue for uploading anyway, i can't do more than 4kb/s up

no, just uploading images, small files like that. Not that I entirely trust the admins not to modify my files, but...

Upload times for me went up to an average of 6kb/s the other day and thats on a 56 k dialup!
I call that fast
