Okay, first of all - you should have posted all your questions as one thread.
Secondly, your friend is taking the piss - you can't actually make them "do it". Why not get your thrills by putting the Dual Shock controller on your crotch and driving into walls? Works for me.

omg... n00bs.
You drive next to the prostitutes, and stop, some will get in the car... some wont.
and basicly.... they dont actually 'do it' . only thing that happens is the car shakes, and the starts mouns abit.
Oh, if you are in a bush sometimes you can see in the car, they dont do anything but sit.

sometimes i think it has to do with what clothes your wearing... see because if i wore the golf costume none got in the car i ran into the hotel got into my street gear and the same
one got in simple... might be to do with 'clean clothes'

This is in VC or just GTA 3? (I am asking since it is in the General Vice City PC forum.) I know it depends on the car you drive, any thing that looks expensive and hot or even a top down car works. Supposedly after you are done and she gets out of your car you can kill her and get your money back. I am not sure if they actually count the money you take from her the same that was taken from you or if you will always get the money from the girl after killing her or if it is just all random.
