Jet pack and submarine would be hard to do, but swimming and an F22 is very likely.

a jet pack could just be a moded whirlybird. If anyone is planing on working on a mod I'd be glad to help with skins, textures, icons or the like. and if someone turned the rockets on the hunter to missiles that would be cool

I think the police cars are still to rounded and would like to see them blockier (like the 1980's style Chevy Caprices). The slant of the back window in particular should be a bit less, so that it's more vertical. Also, it'd be great to have a solid light bar that runs from one side of the roof to the other as opposed to the individualy cased (and alternating color, grrrrr ) lights on the current cars. While I'm at it, it would also be nice to see strobes in the headlight and tail lights or at least have them flash alternatly when the light bar is on . Heck, maybe I should learn how to do it myself! Yeah right, it's probably something only a very experienced programmer could do... (Anyone heard of a possibility of a police car/ foot chase spinoff sim/ mod from GTA3/GTAVC?). Thanks.

I want someone to make a model of Kaneda's Bike from "Akira" to Replace the Freeway.
and maybe a skin of Yamagata or Kaneda.

How about a total conversion mod with a Knight Rider theme, that was made/set in the 80s. Turn one of the cars into KITT, make skins for the characters, maybe edit missions...
