I have done everything, I only did not fed fishes and I have 99% despite 100%. Does anybody knows why?

I have no idea, one's I was standing near the water and when I looked at "stats" I saw that I fed 2 fishes but I don't know how
I also get this 1% at Pole Position (10min of watching striptease => boring)
