Turn vs PS4 vs Global Lifetime Sales of Xbox One - July 2020
Looking at the combined sales of the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch over July 2020, the PS4 is currently 50.42 million units ahead of the Switch and 64.19 million units ahead of the Xbox One. However for over a year now the Switch has outsold the PS4 on a monthly basis.
The Turn continued its ascent and the NES, which sold 61.91 million lifetime units, has now outsold it. The PS4 is 6.19 million lifetime units away from outselling the Game Boy, which sold 118.69 million lifetime units. 0.79 million away from outselling the SNES, which sold 49.10 million lifetime units, is the Xbox One.
The 112 million mark was reached by the PlayStation 4 and the Switch passed the 62 million mark. 112.50 million lifetime units of the PS4, 62.08 million units of the Switch, and 48.31 million units of the Xbox One were sold.
The PlayStation 4 actually leads in terms of market share. The PlayStation 4 has a market share of 50.5 percent, the Switch has 27.8 percent, and the Xbox One has 21.7 percent.

The Switch outsold the PlayStation 4 by 1.17 million units for the month and the Xbox One by 1.75 million units during the month of July 2020. The Xbox One outsold the PlayStation 4 by 576,422 units.
Both 3 consoles are up when you compare monthly sales to a year earlier. The Nintendo Switch is up 1.12 million units (+127.1 percent), 75,960 units (+9.9 percent) for the PlayStation 4 and 80,811 units (+44.0 percent) for the Xbox One.
The Transition managed to reach 64.5 percent of monthly revenue, looking at the market share. 27.0 percent of the consoles sold were on the PlayStation 4, and 8.5 percent on the Xbox One.

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were released in November 2013, and the Switch was launched in March 2017, three years and four months later.
